Realizing that many in India were unaware of the intricacies of pure chocolate crafting and the importance of understanding product shelf life, she decided to delve deeper into the world of chocolate.
To bridge this knowledge gap, Chef Monika trained under renowned international chocolatiers and studied extensively from the best resources available. After two years of rigorous practice and experimentation, she perfected her recipes and developed a comprehensive curriculum that simplifies complex chocolate-making processes for her students.
