In depth, this course we are covering 26 types of Fillings, 11 types of Bonbon, 4 types of Truffles, 4 types of Enrobe Chocolate and 2 types of Frame Bars. All our recipes are lab tested and shelf life of each chocolate is accurate.
Anyone with or without prior knowledge on chocolates can attend this course.
