About Our course

Founded by Chef Monika Rathod, we take pride in offering premium chocolate education at Edariyo Chocolate Academy. At this course of Chocolate making, we will teach different Artisan Chocolates each having unique flavours without using any artificial essences.

In depth, this course we are covering 26 types of Fillings, 11 types of Bonbon, 4 types of Truffles, 4 types of Enrobe Chocolate and 2 types of Frame Bars. All our recipes are lab tested and shelf life of each chocolate is accurate.
